Bagno 2 Handcuffs

This is a very unusual style of handcuff. It is sort of a "thumbscrew" for the wrists. The sides of the handcuff are threaded and each side can be tightened the turn buckles. A padlock is then used to fasten the turn buckles together. Very little is know about this unusual handcuff other than its unusual name, the "Chinese Bagno" handcuff. The age of this particular example is not known.
