Trilock Strap Handcuffs

Identical mechanism to other Trilock handcuffs. These are joined by a nylon strap with a loop of strap sewn in the middle. One assumes this loop is intended to be hooked on a belt to make these cuffs usable in transport situations. The nylon strap could readily be cut with any sharp metallic object.
