Fetters Heavy Collar

This fetters collar is made from 7/16 inch thick and 1 1/2 inch wide steel with heavy welds. The inside circumference is 15 1/2 inches so it only fits medium to small necks. The collar was custom made by Fetters so is not one of their regualr products.
