Fetters Slimline Collar

This is a Fetters slimline collar. It is 1 1/2 inch tall and 1/8 inch thick. The construction is ligher than the old Fetters irons but of such high quality that it is actually stronger. A threaded bolt shaft is welded to the flat side of the lock. The other side carries a steel cylinder housing a nut with a hex drive at one end. To lock the collar, the nut is screwed down over the bolt using a hex key. The collar shown fits a 14 inch neck.
