German Come Along

This Come-Along looks like the handle of a saw. It is used by placing the open side around the prisoner's wrist and pulling on the trigger, which ratchets the open side shut. The little knob on the top of the Come-Along is used as a double lock to prevent the release lever from working. The handle can then be used to make someone 'Come Along' by twisting it a bit to cause discomfort to the wearer when they don't cooperate.
