American Handcuff L-200 Combination

Made of a belly chain, an American Handcuff N-100 Handcuffs connected to it at each side, a chain leading from the front middle down to a pair of American Handcuff L-100 Leg Irons, these are possibly the most restrictive transport restraint around today. There is only one link between the chain and each handcuff which reduces the freedom of the wrist (and thus arm) to a minimum. The chain from the waist to the leg irons holds the leg irons chain just off the ground to prevent it from dragging and catching. The whole effect is simple and elegant.
