Judd Handcuffs

Similar to Tower Handcuffs's, these handcuffs have some distinct features:

1. The key is a hollow tube with a triangular inner bore that fits the key post which, when turned, unlocks the cuff.

2. Turning the key a little more than unlocking will prime the cuff. Once primed, the bow will swing in and out (even with the key removed) until it is swung all the way out at which point the lock will be re-engaged.
