Konepaja Voima bar handcuffs

This is a very unusual factory manufactured bar version. They were patented July 27 1928 by Kosti Albinius Hangelin in Helsinki, Finland. The cuffs have to be in line with the bar to open the key hole. Even with a key these cuffs are impossible to escape from.
