Latrobe LTH Handcuffs

These cuffs were made by a spinoff company from Hiatt. They are patterned after the modern swing-through model with the following features:

1. The entire cuff, chain included, is made from aluminum.

2. The double-lock is located on the side of the lock case and is manually operated.

3. To double lock and to unlock the cuff requires that the chain be pulled out of the case about 1/8".

4. The cuff uses a non-standard key.

A new company, TKS, has started making these cuffs in recent years. They are nearly identical to the Latrobe version (TKS Type-E Patrol Handcuffs).
