Russian New Wall Handcuffs

Somewhat like the Clejuso Clasp Handcuffs in function. A hole is drilled in the wall of the detention or interrogation area and the post is inserted. The pin is then hammered in causing the post to spread and lock into place. The cuff can then be applied to a prisoner to keep him/her stationary during intorrogation or as punishment. The cuff is a classical swing-through design. They are somewhat sharp on the edges.
