Securitech Rotary Handcuffs

These cuffs closely resemble the old Hillyard patern. Basically a rigid figure-8 cuff (like the Austrian $ Handcuffs). These closely resemble Hillyard hancfuffs. Constructed of 1/8" laser cut hardened plate steel edge welded in a clean and seemless process. The central pivot is a single stainless steel rivet which is welded to the frame on the underside to prevent punching it out. The lock mechanism is pretty typical (single lever, no wards) and is located on one side of the cuff. These are designed and manufatured by Securitech.
