Smith & Wesson 110 Handcuffs

These handcuffs are used for larger wrists when the "standard" Smith & Wesson 100 Handcuffs handcuffs are too small. They are basically leg irons connected by a two links of chain instead of a 1.5' length of chain. They could probably be used on legs (VERY disabling) as well.
