Smith & Wesson 94 Handcuffs

High Security Handcuff, which uses a tubular key something like an "Ace" vending machine lock. It is a 4-pin tumbler mechanism which provides single and double locking functions. It was discovered that this handcuff could be manipulated open by using a fountain pen body to "pick" the lock mechanism, thus limiting its use in law enforcement.
