Tower Come Along

This come-along is very simple - a chain with a handle at each end. Once the chain has been wrapped around a wrist, the two handles interlock into one handle which can be twisted, as necessary, to ellicit compliance.

This come-along can be hooked on both sides, as compared to the Bean original design which was "one sided".
