Unknown Rigid Handcuffs

Made from two cuffs with the chain swivels (and chain) replaced by a single heavy piece of steel. The net effect is to make this totally rigid (and most uncomfortable). The keyhole used to accommodate a "standard" key but the pin was removed and the key that works now is similar to a Peerless 1912 Handcuffs. The rivets were mostly replaced with new stainless steel ones during the conversion process.
